The Empowered Birth Series provides continuous support throughout pregnancy and into the early postpartum weeks, combining therapeutic bodywork, birth education, relaxation techniques, and compassionate postpartum care.
Designed for expectant parents who want more than occasional prenatal massage, this signature package helps you feel supported, informed, and nurtured every step of the way.
Your 8-Session Series Includes:
- Six Prenatal Massage Sessions tailored to your changing body, with Clinical HypnoBirthing techniques woven naturally into each appointment to help build confidence, reduce fear, and promote deep relaxation.
- One Postpartum Home Visit during the early weeks after birth, providing practical support when it’s needed most. Your visit may include newborn care guidance, light household help, infant soothing techniques, breastfeeding support within my scope of practice, and time for you to rest and be cared for.
- One Restorative Postpartum Massage to ease muscle tension, support recovery, and give your body the attention it deserves after birth.
