With over 25 years in holistic wellness—as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Massage Therapist, and Doula—I specialize in nurturing, personalized experiences that integrate multiple healing modalities.

In 2017, I founded Amador Wellness Cottage, a beloved destination for overnight retreats and Spa Slumber Parties. After relocating to the serene mountain town of Volcano, CA, I reopened as Essential Elevation Massage Retreat in late 2024.

Now, I balance weekday massage sessions in my town office with weekend evening and overnight retreats.
