I’m so glad you’re here.
My path into holistic care has never been about offering “just a massage.” I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel safe, supported, and at home in their bodies during every season of life.
For more than 25 years, I’ve studied and practiced a variety of healing arts, weaving together massage therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, birth work, and compassionate caregiving into an approach that is both therapeutic and deeply personal. Every session is customized because no two people—and no two bodies—are the same.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through pregnancy, parenthood, chronic pain, injury recovery, menopause, aging, disability, grief, and life’s everyday stresses. Along the way, my work has expanded beyond massage to include experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, childbirth educator, doula, and clinical hypnotherapist. Those experiences continue to shape the way I care for every person who walks through my door.
Today, I welcome clients into my private office at Global Healing Arts in Jackson, California, where I provide personalized massage and bodywork in a peaceful, unhurried setting. I also offer a limited number of home visits for seniors and individuals with disabilities, along with occasional small-group wellness experiences in collaboration with other local practitioners.
More than anything, I believe healing happens through skilled hands, careful listening, and genuine human connection. Whether you’re coming to relieve pain, improve mobility, calm your nervous system, or simply take an hour to care for yourself, my hope is that you’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and restored.
