Starting in December, on the first Friday of every month, the doors of Essential Elevations open wide to welcome women into a circle of ease, connection, and shared care.
Together with my lovely friend Jenn, we host our Sacred Social – a free monthly gathering created as a balm for the heart and a reminder that community is medicine.
The evening begins gently. As women arrive around 6:00 PM, they set down their bags, slip off the weight of the week, and nestle in with yoga mats, pillows, and blankets.
By 6:30, the circle forms and we begin with a grounding guided meditation, passing a “heartbeat connection” hand-to-hand, reminding us that we are never alone.
Once our nervous systems soften, we gather at the table for a community potluck – a shared meal where each dish becomes part of the story of the evening.
On the table, you’ll find simple conversation starters inspired by the moon cycle we are in.
These prompts often open doorways to meaningful conversations, laughter, and the weaving of new friendships.
As the night deepens, Jenn and I guide you into a sound bath and restorative touch experience.
The vibrations of singing bowls and gentle healing presence invite you to surrender and rest, while your body and spirit soak in the nourishment of care and community.
Before the evening closes, there is time for journaling, tea, and unhurried socializing.
Some women leave feeling lighthearted and inspired, others carry home a sense of deep rest and replenishment—but all leave knowing they are part of something larger, a sisterhood that gathers month after month under the rhythm of the moon.
